How withflat.ai collects and handles website lead information.

Information we collect
When you submit a form, we collect the address, listing link, city, email, phone number, timeline, budget, notes, and other details you choose to provide.
We also collect source metadata such as page path, referrer, UTM parameters, user agent, timestamp, and a hashed IP address for spam prevention and operational debugging.
If you allow browser location access, address autocomplete uses an approximate session-only location bias to rank suggestions. We do not store it with your lead.
How information is used
Lead information is used to respond to your request, confirm coverage, estimate fees or rebates, and route your inquiry into the Flatre transaction workspace.
withflat.ai stores submitted leads in Postgres and sends completed lead payloads to Flatre through a server-side webhook. Approved API clients can also submit completed leads through the public API using server-side API keys.
Sharing
We do not sell lead information. We share it with service providers needed to operate the website, database, hosting, address autocomplete, API security, and Flatre workflow.
Lead personal information is retained for 36 months for brokerage follow-up, support, audit, abuse prevention, and operational debugging, then anonymized unless a longer period is required by law or a transaction record obligation.
