withflat provides brokerage services only where the applicable entity, broker, and licensee are authorized to provide the requested service.
The website does not create an agency relationship by itself. Representation begins only under a signed agreement.
License verification
Before any listing agreement, buyer representation agreement, rental representation agreement, or leasing agreement is signed, withflat confirms the covered market, applicable brokerage entity, assigned licensee, responsible broker, and required state disclosures.
To verify coverage before submitting a request, email hello@withflat.ai with the property city and state.
Agency relationship
Agency relationships, fiduciary duties, compensation terms, cancellation rights, and required consumer notices are governed by the signed agreement and applicable state law.
If a state requires a brokerage pamphlet, agency disclosure, office address, complaint process, or regulator notice, withflat provides it before representation begins.
